Sometime in may my GI area started acting up. For a while I had problem eating much of anything without getting horrible cramps that kept me up at night. At times I’ve been worried but when I started with FODMAP things got better. After a while I could include lactose again. Gluten however keeps beeing an issue and I’m pretty sure I’m going to have to keep eating gluten-free stuff for a while and go easy on lactose heavy stuff.
Having these issues really made me aware how screwed up it is that people, without medical issues, choose not to eat gluten.. and how much it must suck to be stuck with a lactose&gluten-free diet.
Now I’m still not really well and I’m going to have more tests to rule out any serious condition. In the meantime I’ll keep drinking spirulina, eating probiotics and fishoil and staying far away from gluten..
