I just tried a Facebook app that automatically fetches pictures and birthday dates from Facebook and profile pictures. Thing about this app is that it “downgrades” any eventual full sized contact photos you are already using. I think it’s pretty much an undocumented, the fact that if you use a large photo within the iPhone to set a picture for a contact – it will fill the screen instead of just showing a small thumbnail to the upper right.

Here, lemme break it down. If you set pictures for your contacts using the Adress Book in your Mac, only small pictures will show on the iPhone. If you set pictures for your contacts using the iPhone – it will use large photos.

I don’t use the app mentioned above for this reason, nor do I use the Adress Book at all to set my pictures, I’ve done it all from within my iPhone to get the nice looking full screen photos. Below are screenshots from the iPhone showing the differences.

Seriously one of the BEST looking pieces of steak I have ever seen. Beautiful moose calf “tjälknul”. A very simple but delicious dish. Please observe that this is only half of the nearly 2kg piece (4.4lbs). This will go down beautiful with a simple green salad, potato gratin and a nice glass of red. Too bad we’re too sick to have friends over and let them taste this..really..too bad ;)

Seriously though, the meat is so clean and nice it almost looks like a photo of a large liver pate or something. Tastes ridiculously good.

..we’re too sick so we are canceling our new years eve get-together that we were going to have with zeek,martin & co. Sucks :( We (more like linda) had prepped 2kg “tjälknul” out of moose calf that we were going to serve with a potato gratin. Oh well, guess we have to finish that ourselves. Still planning on no wearing my fatsuit and dressing up in something decent.

I thought the music was brilliant, turned out it’s an alternative version of Kents new free single “På Drift?” (freely translated: Drifting?). Personally I like the version with the little girl more than Kents original version :) You can get the new Kent single here for free.  The original lyrics goes something like this, freely translated with Google and some edits:
